LINE automation for your Official Account
In Japan, Thailand and Taiwan, customers don't email a business. They add it on LINE. Socavi answers those messages, qualifies the buyer and books the meeting, in their language.

What it handles
- Messages to your LINE Official Account, answered by the AI agent.
- Buttons for the next step: book, see prices, or talk to a person.
- Lead capture and scoring, pushed to your CRM.
- One Inbox with every other channel you sell on.
Built for the markets that run on LINE
LINE has around 200 million users, most of them in Japan, Thailand, Taiwan and Indonesia, where it is the default way to reach a shop, a clinic or a hotel. The agent replies in the language the customer writes in, so one setup serves every market you sell into.
Where LINE is the default, a business that isn't on LINE never hears the question.
Setup
- Create a Messaging API channel for your Official Account at developers.line.biz.
- Copy the channel access token.
- Paste it in Integrations, under LINE. Socavi sets up the webhook.
- Add your account as a friend and send it a message.
Questions
- Do I need LINE's approval?
- No. A Messaging API channel for your LINE Official Account is self-serve. Create it, paste the token into Socavi, and it's live.
- Can Socavi message people who haven't added my account?
- No. LINE only lets a business message people who added it as a friend, and Socavi follows that rule.
- Do replies count against my LINE message quota?
- No. Replies to a customer's message are free on LINE. Only messages your business starts count against the monthly quota.
- Will it reply in Japanese or Thai?
- Yes. The agent replies in the language the customer writes in.
