Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and company, the company that operates Socavi. By accessing or using Socavi you agree to these terms.

By accessing or using Socavi services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Socavi provides an AI-powered social lead and revenue platform that enables businesses to automate comments, direct messages, lead qualification, and meeting booking on social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or social platform policies
• Send unsolicited messages, spam, or deceptive content via the platform
• Use the service for harassment, fraud, or impersonation
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, safety controls, or platform restrictions
• Share account credentials or resell access without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the service or other users

5. Platform Policies

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Socavi complies with the terms and policies of the third-party social platforms you connect (Meta Platforms, WhatsApp, and any others). Socavi provides automation safeguards including rate limiting and content review, but ultimate compliance with platform rules is the account holder's responsibility.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your plan. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of the paid period.

7. Intellectual Property

Socavi retains all rights to the platform, technology, and intellectual property. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the platform.

8. Data Privacy

Your use of Socavi is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Level Agreement

We commit to 99.9% uptime for our core services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. SLA credits are available for Enterprise customers as specified in their agreements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socavi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may immediately suspend access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will end, but data export will be available for 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
