From comment to conversation
Someone comments "price" on your post. Socavi replies under the comment so everyone reading sees you answered, then sends that person a private message in Messenger. Meta allows one private reply per comment, and Socavi sends it within seconds, while they are still looking at your post.
From there the agent qualifies them the way you would: what they need, when, and for how much. A hot lead gets a booking link. Everyone else gets a useful answer and lands in your CRM with the whole thread attached.
On Messenger, the fastest reply wins the customer. Fast means seconds, not the next morning.
Inside Meta's rules
Messenger allows free replies for 24 hours after a person's last message. Socavi does its follow-up inside that window and only messages people who wrote to your Page or commented first. Nothing about it can get your Page restricted.
Setup
- Open Integrations and choose Facebook Page.
- Log in with Facebook and pick the Page.
- Switch on the AI agent, and pick a workflow for comments.
- Message your Page from a personal account to test it.
Questions
- Can Socavi reply to Facebook comments?
- Yes. It answers under the comment, and when the comment matches a keyword it opens a private conversation in Messenger.
- Does it work with Instagram and WhatsApp too?
- Yes. Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp share one Inbox and one AI agent, so a customer gets the same answers wherever they write.
- Can it message people who never contacted my Page?
- No. Meta only lets a Page message people who wrote to it or commented first, and Socavi follows that rule.
- What happens after 24 hours?
- Meta allows free replies for 24 hours after a person's last message. Socavi does its follow-up inside that window, so the conversation never goes against Meta's policy.
