One conversation = one contact the AI replies to in a calendar month, no matter how many messages it takes. A thirty-message back-and-forth with one lead is one conversation, not thirty.
No. The counter resets on the 1st of each month, so a quiet month doesn't bank credit for a busy one. You can see exactly where you are in Settings, Billing, before you get near the cap.
Threads already running that month keep working - the AI won't go silent halfway through an exchange with a lead. Only new conversations pause, until you upgrade or the month resets, and your inbox keeps receiving everything either way.
The one shown. We set prices per region rather than converting them, so India pays ₹2,499 for Starter - not a dollar price run through an exchange rate. If we've guessed your region wrong, change it with the selector above the plans.
No. Seats are included, not billed per head - Professional covers 5 people at the same price as one. You're charged for conversations, not for who reads them.
Yes, and there's no card. Free covers the unified inbox, 1 channel and 1 keyword automation. It doesn't include the AI agent - that starts on Starter.
