Email follow-up that writes itself
The lead who gave you an email address is waiting for one. Socavi writes the follow-up and sends it from your own domain, runs campaigns to the contacts it captured, and keeps every thread with the rest of the conversation.

What it sends
- The follow-up after a chat or a call, with the details the customer asked for.
- Reminders before a booked meeting.
- Campaigns to contacts who opted in, drafted by the AI in your tone.
- Replies, threaded in the Inbox next to the customer's WhatsApp and Instagram messages.
Your domain, your reputation
Email goes out through your own Twilio SendGrid account, so it arrives from your domain and builds your sending reputation, not a shared one. Authenticate the domain in SendGrid once: it puts your name in the From line and keeps your mail out of spam.
Every channel captures the email address. Email is where the details get sent.
Unsubscribe built in
Every campaign carries a working unsubscribe link through a SendGrid unsubscribe group. Anyone who uses it never receives marketing mail from you again, and bounces and complaints are handled by SendGrid, where they belong.
Setup
- Authenticate your domain in Twilio SendGrid.
- Create an API key with Mail Send permission, and an unsubscribe group.
- Open Integrations, choose Email, and paste both.
- Send yourself a test.
Questions
- Do I need Twilio SendGrid?
- Yes. Sending from your own SendGrid account keeps your domain's reputation yours, not shared with every other Socavi customer.
- Can the AI write the emails?
- Yes. It drafts follow-ups and campaigns in your tone from what it knows about your business. You review them before they go out.
- Is there an unsubscribe link?
- Always. Marketing email has to carry one, so every campaign includes a working unsubscribe link and nobody who uses it is emailed again.
- Where do replies go?
- Into the Inbox, threaded with the same customer's chats, calls and DMs.
