Socavi - AI agents that finish the job
Socavi builds AI agents for travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs and hotel groups. They turn every enquiry into a priced quote, a confirmed booking, a collected payment and a looked-after traveller, on WhatsApp, voice and email, in the customer's language. A human approves every price and every payment.
Google Sign-In
Socavi uses Google Sign-In so you can create an account or log in quickly without remembering a new password. We only access your name and email address for authentication.
Google Calendar
Connecting Google Calendar is optional and separate from Google Sign-In. When you connect it, Socavi reads only your free and busy times - never the titles, descriptions, locations or attendees of your existing events - so the assistant can offer times you are actually available, and it creates the meetings your customers book, each with a Google Meet link. Connecting Calendar gives Socavi no access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts or Google Photos.
Gmail
Connecting Gmail is optional and separate from both Google Sign-In and Google Calendar. When you connect it, Socavi reads recent messages so your email threads appear in the Socavi inbox beside your other channels, and sends the replies you write and send yourself from that inbox. No funnel, automation or marketing campaign can send from your mailbox. A first sync covers seven days and at most 100 messages, skipping newsletters and automated mail; synced mail is deleted after 30 days. We hold no permission to delete, label or alter anything in your mailbox, and disconnecting deletes the synced mail from Socavi.
Google user data and AI
Socavi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Socavi's AI features run on Groq, Inc. (GroqCloud, United States), which is contractually barred from using our inputs or outputs to train or fine-tune any model. Google user data - raw, aggregated, anonymised or derived - is never used to create, train or improve any AI or machine learning model, never sold, and never used for advertising. Speech recognition and synthesis for voice calls run on self-hosted, offline models inside our own infrastructure and involve no Google data.
